Mr. Allan Mlulla is a research assistant with the ESRF - Globalisation Project. He holds Bsc Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness (2001) and a Msc Agricultural Economics (2003) both from the Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA). After completion of studies he lectured to undergraduate classes as a teaching assistant. He also lectures part time with the Open University of Tanzania.
Before joining the project, he consulted for ESRF in the commission studies unit where he developed a number of winning consultancy proposals. He has also consulted for different donor organisations including GTZ in a project “Rapid Assessment of Commitments by Development Partners in Relation to the National Multi-Sectoral Strategic Framework on HIV/AIDS” and for ODI where he wrote a paper on “Use of Evidence in Informing Policy in Tanzania”. Mr. Mlulla has authored a paper that has been accepted for publication:
