The PGD Programme, each year calls for applications by announcing in the media (local newspapers). The coverage includes the Mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar.

The application forms are issued during the application season and hard copies are distributed through ESRF and REPOA offices. The application forms are also made available on this website.
